"Horrible. Techs contradicted each other in info they gave me -- over and over. I had to ask over and over for something to read so I could get through the test. They said alarming things then did not explain what they meant. I had to beg for explanations. The techs appeared to be having personal conversations while in the room with me during my test. The radiologist would not use the prior tests in her report. Awful. They should not be allowed to practice."
"A few years ago I had scheduled medical tests at this location. I had been there once before with no problems. I arrived on time and checked in. This test was 2 parts. I was taken back for part 1. As I was returning to the waiting room for part 2 I was informed that they were not admin part 2 today. I would have to reschedule and come back. I asked why and they said ‘you did ‘something wrong’ and bc of that it is too late to correct what I did so you must reschedule and be sure to do what you are told next time. I was in shock. They refused to take responsibility for any issues and kept blaming me. I asked for the supervisor and she ‘grilled’ me for 15-20 mins. After she left me sitting in a room for 20-30 mins she returned and said we can’t admin part 2 today, you have to reschedule. I was appalled. To this day idk what I did wrong and I was there so long they could have done part 2 and even more tests! I said you mistreated me so after attempting to get an apology to no avail she gave me 2 tickets to see a movie. I had the test done elsewhere and I never went back. I should have posted this review directly after the incident. I was never going to post at all but these reviews on this site and the incident itself is important info for anyone considering this place for X-rays, etc."
"Never again will l use Jefferson Imaging. My husband was sent to the wrong building for a test. They checked him in and collective a copay. Then they told me we were in the wrong building. His appointment was at Jefferson Imaging in the Rothman building We had to pay again because we were told it was to different billing systems. No one knew how To refund the copay we paid the 1st time . After multiple phone calls to get my refund they told me it was going to take about 2 weeks. It's been 3 days and we still haven't gotten his Report. Go to SJRA .Stay away from Jefferson imaging.. At SJRA your report is done within 2 hours."
"I was sent here for ultrasounds on 11/1. My ultrasounds were complete around 3:00-3:30 pm. The ultrasound technician reported to me that my results would be read by the radiologist and reported to my physician within 48 hours. It has now been well past that. I’ve called multiple times to see what was going on and to try and expedite the process that was supposed to be fairly quick without any luck. The technician also said to me that I was not allowed to see my ultrasound while it was being performed as per their policy. This is highly disappointing given I am a new mom and was very excited. I understand; however, that policies are policies. I abided by that policy; meanwhile, Jefferson is failing to abide by their policy of providing results within 48 hours. When I called my OBGYN, they explained to me that they don’t always receive the results from this imaging center. Do you realize how unprofessional it is to hear that from another office? Pretty bad when other doctors offices are knocking a practice. I tried to be calm; however, at this point… I’m over it. I spoke with Brigette on the phone, and she said that she would send my concern to her supervisor and that the report is well beyond when it was supposed to be read. Even their front desk staff realized how unprofessional this is. I’ll be sure to inform everyone I know to not come here for imaging. I have gotten images done in other places, and I have never waited this long. Completely unprofessional and disappointing."
