"My experience was mediocre at this location. FIRST - I want to say that these employees ARE NOT NURSES. They are PHLEBOTOMISTS. So, keep that in mind when you are reviewing your experience. SECOND, The long wait times have multiple factors. One BIG factor is - They are SERIOUSLY understaffed. That is NOT the fault of the staff they do have. This is the responsibility of Quest to properly staff ENOUGH employees. And Quest should employ a RECEPTIONIST to handle the flow of patients that come in for walk-ins as well as appointments. The TECHS should not be doing a majority of the processing paperwork which interferes with the efficiency of the processing ACTUAL LAB. WORK! THIRD - I found that if you are NICE to the employees that ARE there, you will have a better experience. Keep that in mind. You get more with sugar than you do with with vinegar! FOURTH - SCHEDULE your appointment rather than stopping by as a walk-in. Some said it didn't matter but, you'll have a better shot at being seen in a timely manner than just stopping by. That's just common sense. The woman from Ukraine was training. Keep that in mind before you judge. At one time, we've ALL been new employees. I found her to be a fantastic Tech, having been a nurse for 30 years, she's EXCELLENT at drawing blood. I didn't feel A PINCH when I got stuck in my vein. That's NOT COMMON to not feel anything. Finally, send your complaints to Corporate. They're the only ones who can change things. They do a HUGE volume of pre-employment testing for the Far Northeast community and they're NOT staffed sufficiently for that volume. I still waited over an hour but, all in all, I blame Quest for putting their employees in a stressful, difficult position. If you were under constant pressure all day, every day you'd probably be a bit unhappy too."
"The other reviews here made me really dread coming here for my drug test but there were no issues. I had to wait a bit but they were busy and I came 3 hours before my appointment so that was no problem. The staff was friendly and helped me as soon as they could. The enviorment was clean."
"From the moment we walked in , the nurse in the back was not just rude but very disrespectful to the people waiting , shutting the door why someone was asking questions , the black lady in the back gave dirty looks and never came to the receptionist window at all disregarding me and my son completely . There was a man waiting for over three house for a simple appointment. His appointment was at 12 and they didn’t come out till 230 at that point he had to leave , there were only two people wait for there appointment, so I’m not sure why nobody was at the front desk, and you could hear them from the back chatting and laughing. This is the worst visit we have ever had at any quest these women should be fired and hire people that care about others and their time . Mind you there’s a sign at the front window that says be kind. Unbelievable"
"No staff in front desk over 30 minutes over 9 patients in lobby, you can hear workers in the back gossiping about Instagram while patients sat impatiently waiting to be seen"
"This place need to be shut down asap. Staff is racist they prefer to call in their own color first. They don’t care about you appointment they are more worried about the people they know. Staff is rude, they don’t call you by your name they use alphabet to call your name which is insulting. So loud and rude. Very unprofessional, very disrespectful, very unpleasant experience. They have this Be kind logo hanging on their reception window facing towards waiting area but it should be facing towards employees. Never ever come to this place. No one was at the reception. You can hear staff doing gossip about their relationship status behind the door."
