"Poor customer service. I showed up to an appointment they had apparently canceled the day prior. The receptionist was so unwelcoming, telling me at least 3 times that I shouldn’t be there as she doesn’t see my name on her list She even started complaining about my insurance, which was in network before finally realizing her mistake.The facility is also very oldish and not so appealing. So be very careful."

"I had been going to this center for three years for my routine mammogram . I suddenly went and the technician was terrible taking my mammogram exam. I came out with my breast skin cracked and bleeding underneath. Never again I’m going back!"

"I am writing this as I have never gone to one of their centers, but maybe I have been lucky.. My primary doctor has me capitated to Akumin. Recently, I was written an order for a ultrasound and injection. Akumin said they dont do that, and would need to refer me to another facility. I am fine with that, no concern. It took months, numerous phone calls, getting no responses, while trying to get them to write a referral to a new provider that did offer the result. Eventually, they did whatever paperwork and got it approved. I will need this again, and not looking forward to having to deal with the business office to figure out how to refer me to someplace that does the procedure.. Ideally someplace closer to where I live as well."

"I truly appreciate the evening hours they offer very few establishments have this availability. Unfortunately, for me it was about an hour away. If more locations had this would be even better. The receptionist and tech were very nice. However, I have a concern from a sanitary standpoint I was mortified. As a health facility it’s imperative to strictly enforce this. It’s not safe for patients nor employees. I will not be returning."

"I've been here twice in the past and no complaints. The waiting area is clean, not crowded, and I only waited for 10 minutes after my appt time. The receptionists were very nice, as well as a tech, Nicole, who helped me feel comfortable during my ultrasound. You might have to circle around once or twice to find space in their parking lot, but otherwise, will be using this location again!"
