"I used the X-RAY facility on 1619 Grant Avenue in Philadelphia, PA. I was a difficult patient, and they were incredibly gracious. I showed up at the end of their work day for a walk-in and unfortunately didn’t have my insurance card on hand, but the receptionist didn’t mind waiting for me to get the information over the phone. She even encouraged me to get it so I could save money. Then, the X-ray tech was absolutely incredible. I’m a germaphobe, and when I told her, she gave me gloves to handle the apron and let me stand as close to the board as I was comfortable, reposition myself until she said I was in the correct position, etc. Everyone was so kind and patient, and the tech answered all my nervous “while we’re waiting for my scans to load…” questions with an outstandingly upbeat attitude that had no place at the end of her shift. The ONLY fault is that the waiting room chairs are very uncomfortable (not the staff’s fault!), so consider bringing a folded sweatshirt to sit on if you have leg pain/sensitivity. But overall, everyone was great! Would go again :)"

"Scheduling has been down for days. Was told to try back at the end of the week. How does this happen in 2023? Patients can’t access needed services due to a system error. Healthcare costs force many to have to wait unfortunately. Unacceptable to not have a back up process."

"I waited for 10 minutes after walking in. I was so uncomfortable during the MRI I tried switching positions in between sets of images and she didn’t tell me until afterwards that I moved out of position and she couldn’t see it until it was done and said I may have to go back again. This is super frustrating considering it took weeks to get the appointment and every other MRI I’ve had they tell you if you moved and take subsequent images but not here. If I have to go back I’m going to go somewhere else because it was so uncomfortable and claustrophobic."

"I went to get an MRI for my lower back, but they injured my mid back by having me lay down on that uncomfortable table with a split in the middle with no support for my body. A 40 minute MRI stretched to 2 hours. I dont think she has any medical experience and didn't know what she was doing"
