"The cashier was more concerned with being on her phone with her back towards the line than actually assisting customers. She had the nerve to have an attitude when I said “excuse me” to let her know there were people in line. That is your job! Very rude service the past 2 times I’ve been in."

"You didn't get a five because of this.... I followed the way you like us to get in line and was awaiting the attention of the cashier before I step to the register. However I was indeed cut off buy a person whom didn't not get in line but walked from the clothing to the register. I assumed someone would acknowledge I was in line first being patient. However that never happened! However the manager was very kind and helpful for my return and the clerk has amazing customer service skills. He waited on myself when I made the purchase. I have seen a major difference in this store. They do work hard and it is very clean and neat with a ton of different styles for everyone."

"This store has gone downhill, and I'm wondering if it's just Forever21 at large. The place is usually a mess, which I suppose is fairly typical of a Forever21 store. The plus size section has shrunk considerably. The last couple times I have visited the plus size section, it was incredibly depressing and frustrating. I guess it all makes sense because fast fashion is trash, but affordable clothing for plus sizes is important. This store will make you feel like garbage if you're plus sized."

"Store is always so messy. I dont think I will really ever go back in there. Couldnt even think straight with how unorganized the place was. It was like walking into a college kid's room! You have to be really patient to shop there. Only the front area is consistent. There is a lot of clearance though."
