"Yes, I agree they have one employee that is sassy and may I add disrespectful along with out of line. She wasn't listening to my questions and just assuming my questions was the same questions I had already had answered by another young lady Aleshia. By the way Aleshia is amazing, very professional and she listens.The other young lady was acting like she was my mother and scolding me. Wow! I have had issues with computer errors, clothing being sold for $1.00 that wasn't even in the store for 2 weeks, items not returned to me after the end date expiration & I was told they all were pulled and I had everything back that didn't sell plus a bag of items that wasn't accepted to be put out on the floor....it vanished. I have worked through these issues with mainly Aleshia and have been pleasesd with her attention and promptness to the issues. So, when you have issue/questions with your items or account do yourself a favor.....talk to the professional."
