"Clean, friendly and organized. Just what you want to see."
"Rude cashier,Will. Forgot glasses and had to sign receipt for returns and signed in wrong g place. He said loudly "well you signed in the managers spot!!!!" It was my mistake but really!! Another time he rolled his eyes because I said I didn't see the light on that his cashier register was open. Very unprofessional."
"Manager is horrible at her job and horrible with customers. All of the employees have attitudes here, its stems down from their manager. I understand when customers all of a sudden buy an excess amount of merchandise, lines tend to get long. However, as a manager it is her responsibility to get the customers checked out quickly. She should have stopped her employee from stocking for 20 minutes and helped the customers!. Instead, when I questioned her about the line, she told me, "There are other places to shop." What?! Why in the heck is this this women running a store?! Really? Horrible attitude."
"Not a bad dollar tree. Ive seen many in my day and this is one of the better ones. The cashiers are usually friendly, especially an older bubbly lady they have there. The store isnt always stocked or cleaned, but i can usually go in and find what i need without incident."
"The one young girl I there was great! Maybe a shift lead or leader of some sort. The woman that rang us out was slightly rude in terms if attitude because it was fairly busy & she was to be on break at the time. She's wasn't directly rude to her customers but the over the counter chatter in our faces to the eye rolling was a bit much. Completely understand breaks are important but we can't read your mind therefore just nicely explain why your lane is closed and suggest another lane. Less rude & more inviting for next time."
