I had an appointment, and she helped me log in earlier on the tablet. She checked vitals and answered all my questions. I appreciate your beside manner, Lisa. "I walked in at around 8:35am, nobody was in the waiting room, and I was able to go right in to my scheduled appointment. The longest part was going over the scheduled labs and paying, and that was only a few minutes. I think the whole thing total was less than 15 minutes. Lisa M. was very helpful as well (especially since I am not a huge fan of blood draws). I highly recommend this location and will try to schedule here in the future"

"I entered this Quest at 11 am, and there was no one in the waiting room. My phone rang, and I had a 5-min. conversation. I hung up and then checked in using the machine. It said a 20-minute wait. Turns out the phlebotomists were angry I had a conversation in the empty waiting room, and they thought they’d show me. Then, my phlebotomist complained that my physician didn’t fill out the prescription correctly. Who needs immature health care workers? I’ll go elsewhere."

"I had to take my 1 year old to Quest for some blood work. I was very nervous since he hates to sit still and to think would have to hold him tight to get his blood drawn was nerve racking. We checked in via text message and when we came in we scanned the QR code and was done with the check in process. I thought that was very simple and easy. We were greeted by my sons name since it was his appointment. The lady who greeted us was very nice. She took his insurance info and the lab slip and proceeded to get him ready. My husband and I were nervous, but she made the whole experience very quick and easy and just like that she was done. My son was upset for a little bit, but she did great. Would definitely go back if and when he needs more labs drawn."
