"We stayed at the hotel on 12/1 for a birthday party event held at the hotel for my daughter. The hotel team were incredibly helpful and responsive. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Things have improve 100% I stayed in this hotel a couple years ago and the rooms were old and not kept. This time, I was pleasantly surprised with the condition of the hotel and the service. The hotel value for the money is superb. Great job hotel management for the changes. Appreciate the team as they are doing a great job specially the event servers and the team that sets up the table and chairs etc. Jessica, the event sales person was very helpful and friendly. I can’t say enough about the great experience. The location is perfect, lots of great shopping and restaurants is only 10 min from DCA airport."

"I'm a contractor with a defense contractor company that falls under the US Department of Defense. We on occasion bring foreign guests and VIPs to the US for training, conferences, and other official visits. The Sales and Events Department at the Hilton Springfield did a great job helping me out during one of these visits. On a short notice, under a week and half, I contacted the Events Department, specifically Jessica and Tiffany who did a wonderful job of helping me prepare rooms for seven VIP guests from Algeria. Jessica and Tiffany worked with me on a vast number of details that had to be included in the stay but made it very easy and not stressful. When the guests arrived, everything was set up and prepared for them already. The guests were all happy with their rooms and the services provided to them at the Hilton Springfield and they expressed this to me upon check out. All staff at all levels were great and made the stay much easier. I would highly recommend the Hilton Springfield for companies and organizations bringing in VIP members or holding events due to the ease of working with the hotel and care they bring to your needs. "This is a nice hotel. The staff service and attention to detail is 5-star. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars overall is the bathrooms. This hotel is an older hotel and the bathrooms are small. No exhaust fan! The rest of the suite was okay. A nice big desk, sitting chair with foot rest and mini fridge. I do recommend this hotel and I will definitely be back."
