"I ordered signature combo and fried rice, this is what I received. Highly disappointed and waste of money time. Waiting to get food delivered and receiving this. What kind of fried rice is that ? I hope they have better competent employees to ensure food is correct."

"Tried to order delivery through Doordash. I ordered chicken teriyaki baos, and they were out. They waited until my driver was at the store and then told her to call me to tell me to cancel my order (which at this point was nonrefundable because the driver was already there and Wow Bao had indicated that they had started preparing the food). I asked through the driver if the restaurant could just give me literally anything else as a substitute or just drop the missing item, and they said that there was no choice but to cancel my entire order. I don't know if they just dropped the ball with accepting an order they weren't prepared for, or if they were trying to avoid bad reviews/metrics by making me cancel the order instead of cancelling it themselves, but this was a subpar customer experience. Their food isn't even that good. I just order from them because they're open late at night. Guess I'll stick to Taco Bell from now on."
