"No help my mom 95 and had to bring my handicapped daughter with me,took halve hour to check in,no help and women are cranky why schedule people for test that you cant accommodate, insurance should know"

"Today my husband needed 2 MRIs and Catherine, the tech, was wonderful. She made it comfortable and was very kind. The phlebotomy, Kathleen, (I think) was also amazingly nice, running back and forth to different fax machined while we waited for Dr's orders to come come.over."

"Been going there for years for monthly blood work. One lab has to be iced and sent to the hospital. Which they have done dozens of times. Today, my wife showed up for the same test and she was told they didn't know how to do it there. That she would have to go to the hospital. The one staff member Kristine was especially unhelpful and rude. Stay away. This isn't the same CDI it used to be, and the lab is very unprofessional"

"I’ve gone to CDI for over 10years and have never had an issue with wait time. Today I waited almost 1.5 hours to have blood work done. At the 45 minute mark I was told the lab was finishing up with a patient and there was another person after that and then me. The last time my husband went there for blood work he waited almost 2 hours. The people there are awesome and super nice, but I’m assuming are now severely understaffed. I went there because it’s close to work and home, and because of the people. Sadly, I will not be returning in the future."
