University of Maryland Graduate School Writing Center

The University of Maryland Graduate School Writing Center, located at 7649 South Library Lane in College Park, Maryland, offers in-person and virtual consultations for graduate students and postdoctoral scholars. The center aims to enhance the graduate student experience by providing support for writing and oral communication skills at every stage of development. Through conversations about writing, the center helps students become effective academic and professional communicators who can share their research and knowledge with the broader community. Drop-in hours are available virtually on Wednesdays from 12-3pm, and Friday Write-Ins are held virtually from 9-11am each Friday.
