"Do not bring your pet here. The technicians are so disrespectful and also have no idea what they’re doing. I’ve paid for year long plans and have been told certain things were covered and then when the time came they would double charge me. They don’t even let you go back with your dog so who knows if they’re even doing anything. It is also so dirty inside and last time I was there they let a homeless man use the restroom. The only animal they should be treating are dead rats. Do not put your pet in the care of these people."
"I really debated writing this review but for the sake of pet owners who go to this clinic please PLEASE get a second opinion if something feels off. I took my cat into heart and paw back in 2022 when I first got to Philly around October. She had a small mass on her neck, just quarter sized at the time, and after multiple X-rays, an ultrasound, a cytology, and blood test they let me know it wasn’t cancer and was probably an infection or small trauma from a scratch she got before. Well by the time February came around that mass grew to 3x the size and covered half her neck. After taking hundreds if not thousands of dollars from me and running around in circles for months did they let me know they had no idea what was going on. I went to a different vet and immediately they suggested a biopsy and let me know it was a rare form of cancer. I trusted this clinic. The vet staff were always nice. I always felt welcomed and treated with kindness, which is why I left this review at 2 stars. However due to their gross oversight I lost 5 months and I don’t even know how much money that could’ve been spent treating my cat. She passed July 2023, and it makes me sick wondering if she could’ve stuck around if I knew before. Maybe it wouldn’t have changed a thing, maybe it would’ve changed everything; only thing for sure is that I will never know and it’ll haunt me forever. Please get a second opinion for your pets."
"great vet! my dog loves coming here! the staff are so kind and take excellent care of him. very calm environment and you can tell everyone there loves animals. super convenient and very easy to access my dog’s medical records, find pricing, get help or advice, and book appointments. highly recommend!"
"Where to start. I get to my appointment for a normal exam and they talk me into all these highly recommended tests that are very costly. Which I will do if it is really necessary, like they said, but I’d rather avoid it if there are going to be extra and jack up my bill. They are running the tests in the other room, and I understand it can be difficult to draw blood from an animal, but I’ve never ever heard my cat scream and cry like she did where it left me unsettled because I could hear everything next door in the exam room. I can’t speak to how they handled the situation but it sounded awful. However, you would think they’d put me in a waiting room or do the exam somewhere where the owners can’t hear their babies cry. So after spending a fortune, I am told the vet will call me the next day with the results. No call. Monday comes along no call so I wait till the afternoon and call to find out the vet is out call back tomorrow. Again, wait to see if anyone would call me, no call so I call and the vet is busy (understandable) the receptionist tells me all the tests are normal so I ask if I can schedule a call with the vet for her to explain the results and what the cause could be for why my cat is sick, because apparently all the highly recommend expensive tests didn’t show anything, the receptionist checks the schedule and says she’ll call me within the end of the day. No call. Was also told the results would be emailed. No email. How hard is it to call your patient. Pets are family. They just expect me to sit around while my cat is sick with no answers after paying an arm and leg to make sure she’s okay and there’s no decency to follow up. Highly disappointed in the professionalism here. I completely get if something comes up, life happens, but there needs to be communication to relay “no you and your pet are not forgotten about when can I schedule another call for you” give me something. I’m left sitting unsettled and worrying about my pet with no answers or any idea of what could be going on because the vet seems to not care and I’m just another dollar in their pockets."
"I recently had the pleasure of visiting a veterinarian for my pet's check-up and I must say, I had a fantastic experience. The staff at the veterinary clinic were friendly and welcoming, making both me and my pet feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The veterinarian we saw was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to thoroughly explain everything in detail. They answered all of my questions and provided valuable advice on how to take care of my pet's health in the best way possible. I appreciated their patience and willingness to listen to my concerns. The facility itself was clean and well-maintained, which is very important in a veterinary clinic setting. I felt confident that my pet was in good hands and receiving the best possible care. Overall, I highly recommend this veterinarian to anyone looking for top-notch care for their pets. The professionalism, friendliness, and expertise of the staff, combined with the clean and well-equipped facility, make it a top choice in my opinion. I will definitely be returning for future pet care needs.Mila loves them"
