Allure Apollo

"Allure has a lot of potential. The last almost year and a half was a mix of good and bad. When I first signed my lease the agent I worked with put me in a unit with a floor plan opposite of what I’d asked for. DeVoughn and Crystyn were quick to find another unit for next day move in (the price was more unfortunately) but they worked with me to save where I could. The apartment itself is gorgeous and my neighbors are all friendly and quiet-ish. Literally everyone from maintenance has been amazing (huge thank you to John and Kevin) Parking is good and the online guest pass system is great. Package pickup is easy. I would caution units that overlook the pool because the music/noise in the summer is the worst (pool unit windows should def be thicker) thank God for quiet hours. Communication could be improved, I’ve sent emails to the office on different occasions and have only once gotten a reply. This actually led to my car being towed once at my expense. I kept getting emails that my parking account expired which I reached out 3 times to ask about and never heard back, went out and my car was towed. When I spoke to the office in person I was told I wouldn’t need to pay because it was a system issue and they talked to the tow company but when I arrived at the tow site I was told I couldn’t leave with my vehicle without paying the $175. I paid and took the receipt to the office (I was told in case I had to pay they would take care of it) but nothing ever came of it. Also with my apartment mix up early on when they transferred my security deposit to my new unit it left a balance on the first unit so when the new management company took over it sent a bill to collections. Crystyn did straighten this out thankfully but having a bill collector call wasn’t a good time at all. I personally haven’t felt unsafe here but it would be nice to know about incidents like the shooting even as just a caution. Overall a pretty mixed review."

"I've been visiting friends at the Allure Apollo Apartments for the past month and a half, and it's been quite disappointing. The elevators have been out of order for this entire period, causing a massive inconvenience, especially for those who are handicapped or elderly. It's disheartening to see such a lack of attention to basic amenities, making it incredibly challenging for residents and guests alike. I would strongly urge potential tenants to reconsider living here until the management addresses these fundamental issues and ensures better maintenance of their facilities."

"I know everyone has their different opinions on apartments, some are good and some are not. My honest opinion on living at Allure Apollo has been really positive and great. I love the amities, the area, vehicle garage, and the leasing office staff. I have been treated with respect and when i had an issue, it would always get taken care of. I can see myself staying here for a while. The apartments are nice and well taken care of. I would recommend Allure Apollo to anyone i know. Trust me it’s a nice place."

"At first I took down my previous review because I thought we came to a good place upon me moving , then 3 days later , I get a notice saying that I owe them money after my security deposit . I asked for proof that the carpet couldn’t be cleaned , and heard nothing back. I never wore shoes in the 2 years and 3 months of me living in that apartment , and they’re trying to charge me for a carpet replacement. You are allow to have normal wear and tear in an apartment. The area has shootings , and a resident shot a contractor a few months ago in the building ( which is on google) , and the building never sent out a notice. Last year someone was shooting at someone with an ar15. . The building has people with uncontrollable pit bulls that attack small dogs. Chains on doors, stained hallway carpets, and I know about 3 felons in that building , so they’re obviously not doing background checks . The neighborhood is strict for no reason, the crime and the rent is high . I will be taking them to small claims court."

"Getting in contact with someone is basically impossible. I applied and gave them everything required. Excellent credit score. Income. They couldn’t get in touch with my manager and they denied my application. Unsure why NOT being able to speak with someone determines your living arrangements. Not only did they deny my application, I haven’t received any further communication stating why not. Still waiting on where they will be sending my $200 deposit. Unprofessional. Glad I didn’t move here."
