"Myself and my coworkers ordered lunch from here for delivery and the ordering process was easy, and when the delivery driver delivered our food I gave him a generous cash tip. They got the entire order wrong. When we called to inform them that our order was wrong the owner spoke to me as if I was his child and he was reprimanding me. He stated " I did the best I could do with your order and why are you waiting till an hour later to complain about an order. I am too busy for this." I was so shocked at his lack of concern. It was so much wrong with the whole experience that I lost my appetite. My order came to $38 but my card was charged $48. Good customer service is priceless and this business certainly lacks that. If you order from them and they get your order wrong please don't call them to complain because your complaint will be met with anger. I do not recommend this place."

"⚠️Warning⚠️ Do not eat from this Chinese carry out. On today Saturday, August 31, 2019 at 2:27pm I called to place an order for the Lo Mein. While eating my Lo Mein I discovered a dead fly in my food. I immediately called China Express and went off on the lady that took my order. Since I'm a Maryland State employee at Maryland Department of Health I will make sure this will be investigated."
