"Fridge not working (only freezer) No dishes "Breakfast" is an overstatement! Instant oatmeal, granola bars, packaged chocolate mini muffins & coffee. Ran out of granola bars 2 of 3 mornings, out of oatmeal & creamer last morning, no milk or toppings for oatmeal (ad indicates toppings). Excuse for items they ran out of was "end of the month, waiting for delivery". Room was ok."
"Would not recommend! Hotel area did not feel safe. Smell of smoke throughout the building and multiple smoke detectors covered up with plastic bags. Front desk agreed to let me check out and reimburse the unused nights, but when I didnt see reimbursement and called back, the manager "claimed" that was never said. Also, booking claimed to provide breakfast, but none was available."
"Service was excellent . Very nice clean rooms. Best part was seeing the manager there who was once my former boss whom I hadn’t seen since 2016. Was a nice perfect timing. Staff was very kind. I came there under a stressful personal situation but after my stay there , I’m feeling much much happier. Enjoyed my stay and was very comfortable ."
"The staff here at the Hotel is pretty damn good. Very friendly, very thoughtful and hardworking. You get a consistent response from them. Isaias is a multifaceted member of the team who’s always working and friendly. And I matter how busy this place has gotten during my stay they’ve always done their best to keep it clean! Front desk agents help the housekeeping staff and even management jumps in to keep up the good work. The location is right off of the interstate and has a major retailer for a grocery store and a few restaurants to choose from near it. Like all places in America some elements of the neighborhood aren’t as becoming but I’ve never had a issue with that."
