"They had 2 nail techs, until another tech came in. She did nails only. I ask for short nails she charged me 40 dollars, I asked can she shape my nails, she said 5 dollars more, she said we do square. I tried to ask her why I gotta pay to her to shape my nails, she got nasty and loud. . she was rushing due to them being short staff, she charged for every little thing. Customer service suck, nails horrible and thick acrylics. On nail. Entire nail not polishThey are the worst in the city of Philadelphia. Don't go to these ignorant, money grabbing people. It's a reason they only have 3 customers and open on Sunday. Way over price"

"Worst service I have ever had there. Had appointment and had my service time split with walk-ins. Technician was rude(male). Left with gooey old nail polish all over hands. Was told to clean it off at home. Nvm going to a party!"

"So I went today and first of all she took 30 minutes to do them because she rushed and nicked me a few times. I paid 30 and they aren’t painted completely. I have coffin but they’re uneven and there was glue all over my hands which I washed off before I took the pictures. There is dried glue under my nails and I honestly do a better job with rite aid nails. They also don’t do refunds and act like they don’t understand what you’re saying and speak over you. I will not be coming back here. Not even for eyebrows. I’m really disappointed and would rather have my money back than let them redo them. They’re honestly wasting both my time and money. I’m both livid and irritated. The pictures below are from the initial service. She also cut my sisters nails too short and she has polish all over her finger tips (the skin). My fingers looked better natural. Don’t come here unless you think you have good luck. They did my French manicure a while ago and it was beautiful and lasted long but today was a no go. She agreed to redo my nails but no refund."
