"We at first try loved this salon. My son and daughter also go. I like how they do work but they charge for everything. Even when u are getting a refill, fresh gel set - they charge u to reshape your nails. Now IDK where they think that's okay but ultimately that's why we stopped going there. Too many extra fees for services that should be included. How do u do nails, refills w/o shaping them so how are u charging $10 for that!!! There's no real massage with any services. They rub your legs a bit but its not a real massage. They did use a heating stone. Their pedicures to me were overpriced for what I'm used to getting. I went back to the place that spoiled me with great excellent service. Where we go now, u even get a massage with just a refill or gel manicure. They do an actual foot massage and it feels good."

"I have gone here before and usually had Lane. I don’t thinks she is there any longer. I asked for Dip nails and the girl who was doing them definitely did NOT KNOW WHAT SHE WAS DOING. She drilled alllllll of the dip of down to my nails! My nails Are paper thin and hurt. My cuticles are a mess and she could not understand a word I was saying! I will never go back there. Sad, this place used to be my Place but now it’s time to move on. Beware,"

"beware of a new tech at this salon. this is the worst nail job ive had. i didn't realize that during the nail appointment, there was someone standing over her for a few minutes watching her. this should of been my first red flag. she left residue of the dip powder, didn't prep my cuticles for dip and didn't get anywhere near my cuticle so it looks like i got it done a week ago when i literally just walked out of the salon, she tried to file them almond shape but filed them uneven, too short and not almond. after the appointment i had to file my nails to the correct shape. i also heard from another customer asking her tech to fix an uneven shape of a nail. i am sure there are good techs here but if you get my girl, you just wasted money."
