"If it's possible to give zero star I will. Very aggressive costumer service. This place is run by Indians and I was trying to use the cheap as microwave at the office and this man came out and open it, then he said where I am from... I'm from another planet, I turned around and looked at him without saying a word ...lol I'm black but I can easily identify where he's from. I discovered blood on the sheets,and I know for a fact this sheets are not more than $30. What agency is overseen this? This facility treats humans like an animal even when you paying."

"A traveler stopped at our church and asked for a place to stay. We took him to Bragg's. Very nice room, clean and easy to find. He was so appreciative . Felt good to know he'd get a restful night's sleep. His room was located towards the back of the motel. No noise. Just quiet."

"If you just can't drive safely and keep your vehicle on the road, don't plan to stay at this motel. I grew up just a couple of miles down the road and still live in the area. I have stayed at this motel for a total of 4 nights, there has never been any advantage over sleeping outside could not provide. In fact it's worse, you have to pay for this discomfort plus the management or staff will wake you (between 0700 and 0900 hrs whenever they want) and harass you to vacate the room no matter if you paid for multiple nights stay or requested not to be disturbed. Don't leave a credit card for additional charges and have your spouse check out if you are in a hurry. The room key and their ID with matching surname doesn't matter, they won't even pull it out of the safe. There is no such thing as a quick check out, it is a family operated motel and they expect clients to suffer from all of their family and/or business shortcomings. Your comfort, welfare and safety is not part of any concern they will address during your stay. The only smile you will get is when they get the approval on the credit charge or relieve you of your hard earned cash. Try to get back to Hwy 4 or over to Rt 5, avoid this nightmare in disguise."

"They have bed bugs. Big ones. The water smells horrible. The manager said the water is not drinkable because of the chemicals they put in the well. The Owner did not want to give us a full refund for the bed bug issues. My Wife has bites all over her arms and back. The owner insulted us by saying we dont know the law This motel needs to be shut down. I will be calling health services and a lawyer. Do not stay here."
