"The Pharmacy at this Rite is absolutely horrendous. Incompetence is pretty much the word to use. To be fair, I try and give a place plenty of chances to make good on goods or services, but each and every time I come to this pharmacy, they don’t have it ready, it takes forever and they are not very customer friendly either. Just bad experience after bad experience."

"I have been a customer at this location for years. The ladies in the Pharmacy are wonderful. Friendly, engaging, they become friends from talking at each visit. Betscy is smart, knowledgeable and so friendly. She is by far, my best Pharmacist I've had care for me in all the years I've been a customer. She has gone above and beyond to supply me with information about my medical condition, ask questions to learn about other aspects of my treatments, and always asks after my family. I've seen her have similar conversations and interactions with many other customers as well. Allison, who I believe is management, always has a smile and a greeting and is very helpful, as are all the other employees"
