"If you are ok with groceries covered in blood and grease loaded into your vehicle, then use Giant pick-up. It only took 5 phone calls over 10 days for a manager to address the issue - and they are refusing to clean my car. Good job Giant."

"I went to this Giant on 01/19/24 to look for some ground pork. Unfortunately, there was non left because I went quite late in the evening. However, a guy from the meat department (I believe his name is Russell) was there to help me with other ideas with getting ground pork I needed. We ended up having a great conversation about dishes that we cook. It was a great evening. He was the great example of great customer service. Even though I did not get what I came for but I did leave the store with happiness and a good new friend. Thank you for spending time to talk through things with me."

"It's a shame you are limited to how many items you can have in order to use the self checkout. I prefer to bag my own items because it is very frustrating when you get a bag with only three or four items in it. I do recommend the deli because the staff in that department is very friendly and professional, and my choices are always cut to my liking."

"My girlfriend visited this store with her daughter, who lost her stuffed animal. We called the store later that evening and one of the store associate’s named Faith offered to help us by checking the lost and found, then proceeded to put us on hold while she took a lap around to store in attempts to recover the stuffy. Although she did not find the stuffed animal, we thought that was excellent customer service. Thank you Faith for going above and beyond."
