"I always have such a great experience when stopping by here when Alex is working in produce Alex he’s always working so hard any questions I have he is more than happy to help and answer them all with no complaints he’s always so kind he just brightens up my day everyone els here walks around not doing anything at all store messy the only area that’s nice & organized is the produce section I’ve gotten so much attitude for asking if they have anything I’m looking for I’m just glad they did something right like hiring better people!"

"Just leaving here at 9:10 am thanksgiving day, would love to chat with a manager or owner of the store. We went through mild discrimination with an associate a running the self checkout, I don’t know her ethnicity and couldn’t tell by her accent, but I know she was old with gray hair. This location is known to have issues with the self checkout machines and the machine we were at gave us constant issues that automatically requested for help, the older woman came over with a distasteful attitude and was clearly unfit to help anyone. Accused us of causing the issue by taking things out of the bag talking about she’s been watching us, when we would scan items it wouldn’t go through as it was giving us errors about things are not in the bagging area, so I told her “ms, we didn’t take anything out the bag, you guys machines are not doing well” the entire time she stood close to us pacing back and forth watching, as black people, it’s tough to deal with random behavior problems even when you try to be polite. My spouse picked up on the dirty looks she gave us when we first bought our cart up to self checkout. Due to this experience, I will not come back to this location"

"Ever since they switched to limiting the self checkout to 20 items, I have to use the regular checkout line. The store also appears to be refusing to hire baggers, and it takes forever to check out because the cashiers are not trained to bag. They need to hire designated baggers to make everything run smoothly. To be clear, this is not the employees' fault but instead a huge by oversight as a result of Giant as a company limiting the self-checkout."

"This Giant is not perfect. Not the best but it will do .. They need a upgrade or face lift it just old and old looking .. parking is available but because of metro construction it's a new parking area and new traffic patterns. Handicap accessible and parking."

"Walked over to the solutions center after visiting the coinstar machine, to my surprise no one was present. I proceeded to wait 10 min for someone to show up. And that’s when a older lady by the name of “Arnette” showed up, mind you there was a line waiting for her, she walked up, not in a rush, but slowly. I greeted her, got zero response. After asking her to helping me I thanked her and she just blankly stared at me. Not a you’re welcome, no have a good day! NOTHING! absolutely horrible costumer service, if you hate your job get a new one!"
