"I had the unfortunate luck of coming across a rude and ignorant employee at this Giant during my visit on 1/8/24. First, I got in line at one of the open lanes. There was one person ahead of me already being rung up, so I was waiting my turn. After several minutes, the cashier tells me she is closed. There was absolutely no reason to wait that long just to tell me you’re closed. She should have told me as soon as I approached instead of letting me wait there. I go to another check out and when I was paying, there was an issue with the keypad and it wasn’t reading my card. I was then taken to the front to have my transaction completed. I swiped my card and the register showed that only a portion of my total had been tendered. I asked the cashier what was going on and what was happening, and she said “it only took out $7, you have a balance due”. Unsure of why the register was doing that, I asked “why is it doing that?”. The woman then very rudely and condescendingly said “I don’t know! Because you only have $7 in your account”. Is that how Giant trains its employees to talk to people? Obviously, I don’t only have $7. Why would I go to the grocery store, pick up items then attempt to paying knowing I only have $7? Makes no sense whatsoever. But more importantly is the unacceptable manner in which she spoke to me. I’m fortunate enough to have a job that earns me a decent living, but what about people who aren’t as fortunate? Does this woman have the capacity to provide good service to all people, regardless of socio-economic status? Her behavior suggests she can’t. What is she was dealing with a customer who did have limited funds? Are they not worthy of being served with dignity and respect? This woman does not need to be working any kind of position that deals with the public. Put her to stock shelves or something. She has no business dealing with people."

"We stopped by this evening looking for a specific item. Tonny spotted us and helped us. He was so friendly, kind, and has a very warm and approachable demeanor. He made our experience beyond 5 stars."

"It's my favorite store. but today was not so good. a worker yelled at my daughter and then I told him he didn't have to yell at him then he and other employees were left laughing because they couldn't speak perfect English. How is it possible for this to happen? I'm disappointed."

"i usually don’t write reviews but this bothered me so much. I had used the bathroom on 8/03 around 9pm and it was filthy. there was toilet paper with feces all on the floor, in 3/4 stalls. i get things happen and it’s hard to control who uses the bathroom. but what bothered me is i noticed a lady in one of the stalls that had the feces on the floor. i hear her walk out the stall and walk right out the bathroom, without washing their hands. my boyfriend was waiting for me outside the bathroom & i asked him who walked out before me. he told me it was a older lady that went into the deli section. having an employee walk into a clearly dirty bathroom & walk right out without washing their hands is very disgusting. this is a person who is possibly working with the meats that people are buying. very unsanitary and they are spreading germs."

"Clean location and very easy to navigate around. Friendly staff and this Giant has plenty of hand sanitizing stations all over the place. The entire staff is wearing gloves and masks"
