"Great international grocer and unique items shop. There's even a built-in Ethiopian habesha at the end of the produce aisle where you can get mitmita, berbere, shiro, injera, or whatever else you need. Plus it's been operating long enough that you can one-stop shop here for beer and wine, as well, unlike most Montgomery County grocery stores."

"I had been shopping here for decades, no more. I don't know if the management is new, but something has changed. The reorganization of the store has been an adjustment, maybe that would just take getting used to, but I have had a hard time finding what I was looking for, either because it was no longer stocked or placed without sense. The changes have also highlighted the challenges of a somewhat dingy store, which I never minded due to staff, selection, and value. It now feels different, and the manager (maybe) recently denied the usual 10% for 12 or more-because one of the bottles was discounted, NEVER has this happened, wines are always discounted...in any case, we broke up."

"Good selection of beer and wine. The one in DC has a better grocery selection. This one has limited options. It's a little on the run down side. They do have my favorite lemon candy from Europe! Which is why I go to this location. The employees are very pleasant! Which is a bonus anywhere, now of days! Pros: great for beer and wine Cons: not many grocery items"

"A very nice large fancy bodega of international goods from fine wines to delicious chocolate from all over the world. The cashier was so friendly to me. The prices are so unbeatable I just had to buy my Charmin Ultra super soft Toilet paper from here along with my French wine and chocolates."

"My first time there today and staff was very helpful. I will definitely be going back. I was able to buy the ingredients to make a Pina colada. They also have an Ethiopian market in the back. It's a pretty big place with a good amount of items and pretty decent prices. I would recommend this place to everyone."
