"Embassy Suites is renowned for having spacious rooms, great service, and a real breakfast. Most of that hasn't changed, but there can always be improvement. The furniture could use a little updating and definitely use some smart outlets. The water pressure in my room was a little low, forcing me to move closer to the water front. Other than that, no complaints, staff was helpful and gave me information on everything from breakfast times to parking. On the last note, did Hilton start making checkout times 11am across the board. This is the 2nd property that has told me the checkout was 12 and not 12 am?"
"So far my stay has been wonderful! Easy checkin for my reservation. Clean and spacious room. Breakfast was great as well. Made to order omelets with fresh ingredients. The staff has been kind as well as the guest that you come into contact with. I wish I knew the front desk lady name as she was great with checkin and information about the hotel and area! Love it! I would stay here again."
"The pros: great location, nice looking hotel, decent enough breakfast (complimentary), free happy hour (bottom shelf liquor and avg wine) and snacks. Access to Cheesecake Factory for quick bites. Big rooms and quiet The Cons: the plumbing is awful. Be careful! Bathroom curtain was moldy. Everything was dated and felt old and not clean. One bath towel had dried blood on it. WiFi is basically non existent and the TVs are not smart TVs so no streaming at all."
"Hotel rooms were nice. Location is great. Hotel can be a bit loud in the evening with the rooms near the elevator or restaurant. Front desk staff were a bit difficult. Requested for a crib, but had to find the housekeeping manager myself to get anyone to actually bring one to the room. Took all day. Parking was not complimentary and we had to argue at checkout for the fees to be removed from the bill when we did not have a car. Probably would not stay here again."
