Lucy was my tech: a combination of natural kindness and perfectionist; my nails came out so beautifully and so precisely. "Messy manicure. Tried to fix a mistake by just adding more layers of polish instead of redoing it. Ended up with ripples in the polish. Happened on multiple nails. She only fixed one. Will not be going back"
