"Got a mani/pedi here for my wedding (Oct 27, 2023). The pedicure was great, the staff is super nice, and the location is clean. However, my manicure didn't even last one day. I got a full set of acrylic nails and one popped off before I even walked down the aisle. Within 1 week all of the nails had chipped/popped off. Very nice staff but I don't think I will be coming back here especially since it was expensive."

"Terrible experience!!! Gave two stars given the pedicure was decent. Received a mani pedi 4 days ago. The pedi was fine, but the manicure, particularly the way the gentleman sanded down the powdered polish and the gel polish was terrible. The gentleman sanded down the nail with a tool that made my nails hurt. They're still sore days later. See the photos. Noticed the polish looked too thick as the technician applied it to the nails. It seemed as though the salon put something in the polish to stretch it. The nails were lumpy and the technician had trouble applying the polish. What an amateur outcome. Highly Disappointed. Showed the owner. She said the nails were lumpy as I previously had powdered polish. Rubbish! Absolutely false! Explained my nails were smoothed prior to the polish being applied. The nail polish is uneven and applied as if done by an amateur. Four days later, the gel polish is peeling away. Further evidence the salon doctored up the polish. The owner failed! Be warned. I will file a complaint with the authorities. Stay away!"
