"Unfortunately my experience was not good. Let me start by saying that I do believe it is an isolated moment I experiences with someone that had a bad day and took it out on me. So if this is your fave place, that's amazing. I came with outgrown gel for a refill. My nails were pretty long given the grow out. I started by showing her a picture of coffin shaped nails I would like to have. Coffin is a square shape. I specifically saved an image so that we wouldn't misunderstand each other. Her first reaction was to role her eyes at me. Mind you, two minutes after I came into the studio. I decided to ignore that and move on. Unfortunately she would role her eyes at me so much during the appointment that I had to kindly ask her to please stop being rude to me because I came to have a good time. She proceeded to, for some reason, do the complete opposite of what I came for without communicating to me why. She cut the nails off totally and filled them round. After I told her that that wasn't what I wanted and if, now that it is too late we could add a small French tip to make it nicer, she started yelling at me. I asked her again to please not be so rude to me and try and find a solution because I didn't want round nails at all. Ultimately I settled for the round and short nails with not much choice. I wanted to share that experience because, 1) I had to leave with nails I don't like and didn't want after I let them grow in order to wear the style I actually wanted. 2) it was my birthday that day and I came to feel amazing and beautiful and do something nice for myself and was left being yelled at for something I can only attribute to her having a personal bad day and exploding at me. 3) she did not apologize for her mistake in not communicating and going a different way to what I asked nor the behavior she showed in yelling at me and rolling her eyes continously at my attempts to find a way to salvage the situation. I am still sad for how it turned out and how I was talked to for no apparent reason."

"For someone who doesn’t get nails done on a regular basis, this was an awesome experience. I opted for the honey spa pedicure and it was one of the best pedicures I’ve ever had. They do give you massages with a regular pedicure as well and then there is an added 10 minutes extra massage for the spa pedicure. I’m happy with my manicure as well and I did get another neck massage while my nails are drying. Overall a Very happy customer. Just Recommended my girlfriend to get appointment for tomorrow. Prices are reasonable. Tips are better given in cash per the manicurist."
