"Pharmacy never ever answers the phone! It's a shame because most of the associates in the store are really great. I have issues with the pharmacy but in all fairness they are probably short staffed! Whatever the reasons is it makes using them an inconvienance."

"The store was much larger than the one nearest to me that closed. I found my eye med AREDS at a discount under another label. The associate that checked me out was very helpful and explained the points system to me to maximize my savings. Although I didn't visit the pharmacy on my last visit, previous visits have shown the pharmacists to be friendly and knowledgable. "I usually don’t have an issue. Come here to shop for things. So I come in today and Barbara is at the register and walked away. I walked up to the register Barbara Huff, and puffed that I walked up to the register. She continued to tell me that I can use the self check out if I’m paying cash in a rude manner Period. I told her I needed stamps. That’s why I came to the register. Then she decided to tell me that there were no stamps. It’s not the fact that there were no stamps. It’s the condescending answers and the way she treated me that these two stars were given."

"I can see already that I will have issues with this pharmacy. I don't like people who work in customer service and have condescending tones when talking to people on the phone. I've been in this Rite Aid several times, but recently had my prescriptions moved there as the Rite Aid closer to me closed. If this is what I can expect from the pharmacy department from this Rite Aid, I'll choose another pharmacy."

"The Rite-Aid store at Huntingdon Valley, PA 19006 was clean as well as the bathroom. Neatly marked prices along with the main titles specifying the aisles that are numbered. Friendly and quick checkout."
