I walked in asked for a Spa Pedicure, and was given a regular pedicure. Polish was all over my toes, and horribly lumpy on my nails. Went on to get a full set and the man made EVERY NAIL CROOKED!! I am not being dramatic at all. The nails were crooked, filed uneven, and not snapped how I asked. I expressed my concerns and he said it looked how I asked. Then he attempted to do French and the lines were beyond CROOKED. He attempted 3 times, before I told him removed the polish and put clear. Today makes day 3 and my thumb nail is broken already. Please do not go, they do not care if you express a concern, or have a complaint. Wish I could upload pics."
