"I came here once and they had one person working on each of my hands while I was getting a pedicure. They were rushing the job. It then dawned on me that they never cleaned and trimmed the cuticles. They basically just cut my nails and painted them with gel. If you go to a nail salon nail prep is a basic service and I see other comments that had a similar experience. Seems like they pick and chose when to do it but they charge you full price for a gel mani with half the service. It’s a rip off! Place is dirty too. Won’t be coming back."

"They pushed me off on a worker who’s not licensed she had no idea how to lay acrylic! I’m in shambles!!! CONTINUING- so yesterday I decided to go back here I decided to go back because the owner Nick asked me if I would give them a second chance which I said to him I absolutely would because I understood that things happen! Got off of work went back at this time I had taken all of my nails off because every week that I get my nails done there every two weeks since I started going to them at least three of my nails break in a two week time Spand! I had effectively communicated that with the owner and they rendered no retroactive in incentive or any sort of service detail or gratuity of any sort they don’t say you know what your nail broke after two days I won’t charge you for that one! I still was patient I still respected their business practices! BOOM Walked in there the wife said to me that she’s upset with me because I left a review that was not good and I didn’t take it down! My question to her was did you deserve the review???? Remind you the husband asked me last time I was there a week ago can you take the review down the fact that you guys ruined my nails and offered no rectified solutions is wild ! Long story short I will never go back here for my nails it used to be owned by other people and it was really such a great salon I don’t like to kick small businesses backs in Because I can understand that it’s hard to recover from that but businesses like this need to do better I will never go back long story short I found a nail salon across the street in the same plaza as ShopRite and I do a beautiful job would absolutely recommend! All because of Nick‘s wife and his ego they lost a customer who spends good money!"
