"I really enjoy this mall and I like to stop in here once in awhile but it’s definitely not my favorite gap as far as the selection and set goes. The staff aren’t the friendliest or very knowledgeable. The reason I’m posting this review is because I stopped in yesterday to buy a gift and I overheard staff talking about how a potential new hire sounded dumb on the phone and they all laughed, which is unacceptable to say around customers or in general. I had items in my hand to purchase I put them down and left. It said people can be so mean. Just be kind!!"

"I have been a loyal Gap customer all of my adult life. I typically go to the Newtown store which is absolutely amazing.However, because this store is on my way home I have been going more frequently.The manager is rude, disrespectful,and does not have a clear understanding of customer service. An item was “incorrectly” marked and when it was scanned the item and “incorrect” price appeared on the payment screen.She had an attitude and proceeded to speak to me as if I am the incompetent staff member who placed the price tag on the item. If you are looking for poor customer service and a rude store manager look no further. I do not see myself doing returning to the store no sale is worth being mistreated."
