"Great selection of products. However, the self-checkouts need drastic improvements. The self-checkouts need to stop being sensitive in putting all items in the bagging area or else you have to wait for an assistant. Besides this inconvenience, it is a great grocery store."

"Ordered my groceries today for my friend to pick up for me. JORDAN that has picked my orders many times is just beyond wonderful today. The other associates in this dept. are always thorough also. If I have questions or forget something she is always so kind on the phone willing to do whatever I need help with. I try to do online shopping and have tried other stores in the Lancaster area….Jordan at Willow Street is my go to young lady. My order is complete, not half of it missing because other stores employees don’t substitute like the associates do at Weis in Willow Street.
