"Requested a refund ($9.84) 12/16/23 because they could not fully fulfill my order and never was refunded on my card. Back again 12/20/23, order my food and waited for about 10-15 min and no one was at the cooking station. A sub roll started burning I notified the staff and it was no urgency taken! Since my order had not even been prepped , I asked for a refund in cash since I didn’t get my last one, they wouldn’t honor it so I opted to have my order fulfilled promptly since I’ve been waiting (at this point it’s been 30/40 mind). Needless to say, it’s wasn’t prompt. The service has become lackluster, it REQUIRES improvement!"

"$22 for cheese and butter. I will next time walk a little farther and save the money. I once paid for a sandwich the cashier didn’t give me a receipt and the man selling sandwiches has an attitude. I want to like this place. The other issue for me is there are no price signs. That to me so7nds deceptive. The sub I got was tasty. At least."

"Great spot for late night nite subs, fries, and etc. GET THE WESTERN FRIES!! Prices are great! Also a convenience store so I had a chance to pick up some “cigars”."
