Giant Food

"I live only a few minutes from this Giant, but I always drive to Elkridge because of the TERRIBLE job the property management company did with having the parking lines painted at this location. Spots are way too small except for a handful of spaces up by the building. Must have paid a bunch of teenagers without tape measures to paint the lines. Want your car dinged up? Go to this giant and squeeze into these parking spaces! I've been avoiding this Giant for years and years because of these terrible parking spaces."

"SPOILED ROTTEN PRODUCE EVERY-TIME! I have been shopping at this Giant on Wilkens Avenue in Baltimore for over 7 years now. My how things changed. I have tried discussing my issues with management before having to write a review like this. I only like to write 5 star reviews. People need to know do not shop at this grocery store. Check you expiration date and smell and feel the fruit and vegetables. Food is incredibly to expensive to be having to throw it away when I get home. We are consistently having to take food back because when we get home to prepare it is spoiled. I asked the staff do they have a produce manger no one even knows what that is. That explains so much."

"The store was well stocked and had a nice layout. The only problem was there were no cashiers in the building. Self checkout isn’t a choice here. You’re forced to use self checkout if you want your items. This is what I don’t like. I didn’t go there to work. I went to shop. I’m not from the area so I had items that you needed a card for but didn’t realize it. So I thought I was goin to be paying $15 and ended up paying almost $30."

"This Giant location is closest to my home and is currently undergoing a complete remodel. It's already looking a lot better, although right now it's a bit hard to shop because my knowledge of the store layout is limited. I always use self check-out and the woman who usually helps me is so nice. I appreciate how friendly she is. She has an accent, sounds like she's from the islands."

"Not the best, not the worst experience. This store didn't have everything we needed to pick up today and the security guard was kinda rude. Other than that pretty good overall with staff following covid prevention measures. The management seems to have a fun personality."
