"My nail experience was fine. I had been going to the same manicurist for at least 7 years in Nashville, but I recently moved back to town, so I’m trying to find someone new. The manicurist I got was fine for my dip nails. I wouldn’t say it was the neatest job I’ve experienced. There was definitely nail color left on my skin, but that went away after a couple of days. I did like the gentleman who went around to the customers offering a complimentary shoulder massage. After a couple of minutes, he asked if I’d like him to continue and the cost for the different lengths of time. I said yes to a 10 minute massage for $15. That was enjoyable while getting my nails done. I will return, but would like to see the quality of work by the other manicurists"
"I easily booked pedicures for 3 people a week out from the date that I needed. Parking looks tricky but it isn’t - there’s a parking lot just north of the building itself. Everyone in my party enjoyed their pedicures and our toes looked terrific!"
"Ive tried so many salons in this area. And this place is by far the best. In terms of cleanliness, professionalism, quality of work. It is not cheap , but neither is their products. They continuously refresh their colors and offer a variety of options. I love that they dont use drills on my natural nails, which most salons do to cut on time and costs. I love love Noble nails. For those that complain about the staff being rude, I disagree completely, they are professionals doing their trade."
"When I heard about this salon and saw the great reviews, I was excited about the possibility of having a new go-to salon to patronize. But after my first visit for a gel manicure and regular pedicure, I’ll never return. Others have commented on the coldness of the staff and that’s what I experienced with the nail tech. As someone else mentioned, as a Black woman, that’s par for the course at some nail salons, so it was what it was. However, there was no soaking of the feet in water before the pedicure. She just began clipping and filing and cutting cuticles on dry feet! Every other salon I’ve ever been to has you soak your feet in water first to soften the cuticles for easier removal. The dry pedicure was EXTREMELY painful. Unfortunately the gel manicure was no better. They didn’t soak the nails, so the whole process was painful and not the relaxing spa experience that I’d expected. I specifically asked if it was their normal practice not to use water to soak nails before gel manicures and she flatly said yes. I’m not sure if that is to save money on the cost of water, to get folks in and out faster, or what. The end result looked decent (which is why I gave them 2 stars), but the pain it took to achieve the look on dry hands and feet just wasn’t worth it. But hey, if dry manicures and pedicures are your thing, go for it. As for me…never again. I would not recommend."
"I went here for a refill. I walked in without an appointment on a Friday afternoon and luckily they had an available nail tech, because this place is busy. The phone was ringing off the hook and back to back customers, so I definitely recommend making an appointment beforehand. My tech was Johnny and overall he did a great job. I didn’t get warm and fuzzies from this place, but as a Black Woman, I’ve given up on the idea that Asian nail salons aren’t biased; they were professional enough and clean. My refill was $55, a little pricey in my opinion even for hard gel, but this place is right next to my chiropractor’s office so it was worth the convenience."
