"If I could rate 0 stars, I would. I recently moved locations and was told to bring my previous records with me on the day of the appointment. I arrived to the appointment early and after waiting past my originally scheduled appointment time, they then tell me that the records I brought had to be looked at beforehand and I would have to reschedule or wait IN PERSON for 2-3 hours. I opted to reschedule however they did not have any times that would suit where I wouldn't have to take work off again for 2 more hours. They provided me another number to contact a scheduler. Upon contacting the scheduler, they told me that it should not take 2-3 hours to upload my previous records and have them looked at. The scheduler then advised me to go back in and retrieve my records I had provided them with as I had rescheduled in a different location. When picking up my records from the original location, they stated that my records had been uploaded and that because it's now 25 minutes past my appointment time, that they would not be able to see me. So essentially, I could have just waited for them to upload (which seemed to have taken ~2 mins total) and the doctor could have reviewed them after taking a new ultrasound? The front desk staff clearly do not have any clue on what they are doing. DO NOT GO HERE! They will waste your time!!"

"Dirty facility, was not treated kindly and now my mammogram results seem to be missing. I called UPMC and they have no answers for me. A totally unprofessional and disappointing experience, so I have no clue what my results are. Woman on the phone was unhelpful and cruel. I will never go to UPMC ever again, they mess up way too often."

"First time here had a horrible experience experience. Lady was very rude to me but nice to others in the waiting room I was just trying to figure out if I was in the right place. She said she been gone for a week but definitely made me feel very uncomfortable for my 22 week ultrasound baby appointment"
