"DO NOT GO HERE. The staff dont acknowledge you they just walk by you. I had made an appointment a week prior and when i check in with the check device it says appointment not found. And to do a walk in it said the wait time was till 10:40 am but denied that too when i have tried to click on it. I recommend avoiding going here or any quest location save yourself the trouble. 0/10 for this place."

"Services are fine, but it says walk-ins welcome.. anytime we've tried they just say there's already other appointments... So no, walk-ins not welcome"

"Most cold and unwelcoming lab I've seen. We had an appointment, there was only technician working so we still had to wait past the appointment time. Technician was not friendly in any way, just mumbled orders. I understand they do this all day long and are on auto pilot, but a little compassion and a smile goes a long way."

"Absolutely disgusted by this lab. Seems they don’t even DO the test ordered prior to my surgery at this location. They still took five vials of blood, one SPECIFICALLY needed for surgery, apparently unaware they don’t do the test, and I was not told until the surgeons office contacted me the day before surgery to say I didn’t get the work done . I had even asked the phlebotomist after each vial what it was for and she repeated each test ordered. She clearly believed the test would be done. Now I’m facing delays and stress at an already difficult time.I need to redo the blood work and won’t be going to Quest."

"My poor daughter did not bring her printed lab sheet because the doctor told her the order would be in the system. Well it wasn’t. They gave my daughter a fax number and told HER to call the doctor and ask for the order to be faxed. When my daughter could not get a hold of the office, Quest let her sit there for 45 minutes, continually walking by her, before they told her they could not draw her labs. Their system gave her an appointment at the Quest down the road initially, but she made an appointment for the Quest she showed up at for an hour later. It did not matter. They treated her as a walk-in and wasted a big chunk of her time because they have zero customer service skills. She went to Greentree Quest today and was in and out in five minutes. I put in all that detail because when I called to file a complaint, they called my daughter a liar. Horrid behavior!"
