"Received a letter that it was time to schedule my yearly mammogram last week been calling to get that schedule,however after getting through the menu I just wait & wait & wait NO ONE EVER PICKS UP TO SCHEDULE. 3 times now I have called, currently been waiting 25 min to talk to someone"

"I had an appointment at 730 am. When I arrived at 7:10 am, there were 5 other people scheduled at the same time. Waited over an hour from my scheduled appointment time No sense requesting the first appointment of the day. People need to go to work. This facility has no consideration for patients schedule."

"I called and had no problem. Person on phone needed diagnosis for CT Scan. I could see diagnosis, but had to get my reading glasses for code. Very patient with me. Good at explaining COVID protocol to call from car upon arrival to avoid waiting inside."

"Very difficult, time consuming, and frustrating to schedule. Called and no one answered. Left a message. Never received a call back. Called again, went through several prompts, finally reached someone and was told the scheduler for that department was at lunch. Called back and told them I need to schedule a 20 week fetal anatomy scan. They couldn't schedule it because they needed the diagnostic code. Since when do these places not know the diagnostic code associated with the name of a test? I would have googled it for her, but they needed additional information as well. Unnecessarily complicated. I understand why people avoid receiving health care."

"The scheduling department is incompetent. I wait until I have the insurance authorization to schedule the appointment and read it to them. Then weeks later, on a Friday at 4:30 before a 3 day weekend they call three times in 30 minutes to tell me they don’t have the authorization. I explain that I did and how I gave it to them when I called. The appointment is for 9am the next business day and they said “I” could call my DR and get the authorization number and bring it with me or reschedule for a couple of weeks. I know I have authorization so when the weekend ends, I call first thing when the DR office opens and get the number a drive to the facility on Broughton road. The lady working was very nice but tells me it’s the number for the WRONG test. MRI vs MRA. Not what they said in Friday. No mention of any auth let alone the wrong. So “I” have to get my DR office on the phone with ST Clair imaging. While I’m waiting the tech says I need a MRI anyways but my DR disagreed. So I have to reschedule and the earliest is 15 days later. Also it’s the early morning after a 3 day weekend and the bathroom was disgusting."
