"I’m actually new to the area I came to the Weis 11:30am. I was in the mist of making dinner I realized that my steak had brown spots and it was brown when I cut into it. Ofc I came back at 7:25pm wanting to exchange my meat or even a refund so I can buy more. (Mind you they close at 9) The employee tells me that customers service is closed and I’d have to come back tomorrow. I explained to him that I’m in the middle of making dinner he says there’s nothing they can do and that I can call customer and to come back tomorrow. Now I have nothing to serve for dinner."

"I think the young man's names Nick 100% helpful! He helped us find pellets that we needed, waited for us and then loaded them in our truck he was such a respectful young man . It's amazing to see that in today's day he was definitely a very respectful gentleman!"

"The staff at the Dover, PA store is always friendly and helpful. We had a billing error and they refunded the amount without question. My husband had a heart attack in May and many of the employees stop him to ask how he is doing."

"It's a terrible experience watching someone in their 80's checking out multiple customers with full shopping carts while three other employees stand around and chat. Multiple empty registers with no employees. The rest was self checkout. No one wants to self check out a full cart of groceries! The two stars are for the lady working the register who was very kind. I don't think I'll return."
