"so I have been going to this salon for years now, they good in what they do,not all of them of course.but yesterday I went there to do my nails, and after I am done she charged me 3$ for changing the shape from oval to squareoval..I have never heard of something like changing shape fees, its a rip off and guess what she never told me about it when she asked me what shape you want to do today.guess what I am rating you this time and I just lost a client over non transparency and ripping off of nonsense fees..just because dont go to salons no more let me make these fees to push my customers away..good luck."

"I just started going back to Victoria nails and it’s such a better environment with the new management and ladies. I always feel comfortable there and everyone is really nice. However Saturday I went and got my nails done and my nail Bed was cut during a removal of one of the nails. Right away she put some kind of medicine on it and I thought it would be ok but then she started filing it again and it hurt. I should’ve stopped her there and cleaned my nail. But I let her put an acrylic nail back on. Late last night my finger was in so much pain I removed the nail. My whole thumb is swollen and Infected. I’m not saying this to bash the salon, but want people to be aware and the salon aware , never put a nail over top of a cut. She shouldn’t have done it but I should’ve stopped her. I’ll be heading to urgent care and God only knows what this will cost me. Learn from my lesson!"

"Came here with my daughter in hopes to get our nails done together, after a 40min wait my 5 year old daughter was only able to be seen by herself. When I asked how long the wait was, the one lady started speaking another language to the other workers and went to do someone’s nails without answering my question. When she came back 10mins later I asked again and she said 15min. I just thought they were unprofessional and lacked in customer service severely. This was her first experience and it was terrible. They only had 4 people working, I asked them to draw a flower and it looks like my daughter drew it on herself. They didn’t lotion her hand or clean it properly, nor did they polish the whole nail, and there were bubbles in her polish. When she finished drying nobody came to check her nails or fix the problem. I came in at 9:30a and we left close to 11:30a. I didn’t get my nails done because I didn’t want my daughter waiting alone for me. Can’t believe how long it took to do a regular polish and pedicure for a child. Definitely won’t be coming back here again! Would not recommend at all."

"Worst place I have ever been too! Literally! I just paid $40 for a French that not even a kid could have not done worse! Awful, I usually read reviews before I go somewhere and this one was so sudden I didn’t look at what ppl had to say. Never ever lose your time or money with that place, I’m never getting back. One star is a little too much for the for real..pics taken literally half an hour later!"
