"Sad that this is experience was an unpleasant one. We hardly had any contact with the vet, let alone the opportunity to ask questions/voice concerns. We found that critical care instructions were not communicated to us clearly, which affected the ability to care for our pet as intended. A simple ear infection became recurrent with our young kitten under this care as it did not seem to be fully addressed during visits - which we had literally no interaction or ability to communicate throughout. Despite being fully compliant in providing necessary samples, bringing pet in for routine care, this vet missed huge and obvious issues which the subsequent vet immediately and adequately addressed. The substandard care alone is cause for concern, and the cost just adds insult to injury. Cannot recommend."

"Been taking my dog here for years and it’s just okay. She missed a murmur on my dog which my moms vet found when we were visiting. My moms vet said it’s definitely been developing for years and was pretty noticeable so treating it sooner would’ve been ideal. Honestly I don’t even know if she listens to my dogs heart since she still won’t let us in for years now because of covid restrictions, which in June of 2023 is just an excuse for not wanting to deal with humans. I’m a doctor in the area there’s no reason that we shouldn’t be allowed to come with our pets on visits when masked, we certainly accommodate our human patients who can’t speak for themselves to bring their family members with them to appointments."

"While living in Philly for the past two years, we have taken our puppy to Narberth Animal Hospital, we are now moving out of the area but will forever be grateful to Dr. Stez and her team! They always made sure to keep us very informed, would take last minute appointments if we had a concern, and we couldn’t have been happier with the service here!"

"Horrible experience after nine years of taking my dog there. She hires a bunch of bozos for a staff that are rude inexperienced and liars. My dog has a condition that requires a few different kinds of medicines. I called to ask for medicine for my dog and they said that they'll call me back and they never did. After a week I inquired about the medicine and they lied about placing a call to let me know they had the medicine when they never did. Dr. Stez very well knows that when it comes to my dog's health I don't play. I am on top of it. She took the word of one of her staff as if I was the one lying. This is not the first time they had done this. Recently back in June I took my dog to VSEC and I requested that they email her records over there and they never did. I am very happy that I found another vet for my dog and I can take her inside the hospital because she is blind and Dr. Stez don't let you go inside the hospital not even with a mask where they don't know how to handle the animals. My dog has problems with her back legs and when I would pick her up from this place she would be limping for days. Since she is always changing staff I was not comfortable leaving my dog in the hands of inexperienced people that my dog was not familiar with especially being blind. If you care about your pet companions that are just like family to us do not take them there. This people are not good. They are not trustworthy at all."
