"Pharmacist said it could not find my wife’s prescription. It was eprescribed to another rite aid that was closed. She was about to close so she did not even to the time to search well."

"Nice people when you go there but the pharmacy does not pick up the phone. I had to call the front of the store to ask them to answer the phone just so I could get follow up on my son's important medication. The front desk seemed to excuse it and talked to me like it should be obvious. "They've been inundated all day, which is why they can't pick up." So, customers can't call the pharmacy ever? That seems ridiculous to me and like there are some deep issues with management."
