"I never get my nails done because all places around me do bad, so i was excited to try a new place. First they had 2 people do my nails, rushed and different shapes, one of them seemed new and none of my nails are the almond shape i asked for, they are ovals and chucky, the older lady then shaved my cuticulas down until they bled on 4 of my fingers, there’s glue on my skin, the heart i asked for don’t look anything similar, and on top of this 80$. i never had nails over 60$ and this kind of work isn’t anywhere near worth 80$. a waste of money , and i was blamed for my cuticals bleeding because i have sensitive fingers. I wouldn’t mind being asked if someone new could practice on me but i wasn’t asked, nor did they ask me any questions about what i wanted until I had to say something. the yellow spots are the powder they put over my blood."

"usually have a good experience and i never leave reviews online but my nails were absolutely terrible. i had to go to thanksgiving with jagged nails, one had to be replaced and it was double the size of my other nails and the top coat was off or peeling off on half my nails before i even left the salon, not to mention my hands were covered in the previous nail color and the new color. when i washed my hands after returning home the top coat peeled off even more. i asked for a refund and was given a gift card despite telling them i go to school an hour away and won’t be able to come back."

"Great interior and ambiance with a friendly staff however, I’m super disappointed with the dip manicure I received two days ago. Service felt rushed with no attention to cuticles or shaping just felt like she went thru the motions to get it over with. Dip was applied thick (nails look like chicklets) - two days later there are visible cracks and some areas where applied to the skin have lifted. There were parts of the nail where the final coat was missed and did not achieve that nice shine and seal. I was hoping this manicure would last me two-three weeks but I’m probably going to remove it soon. I should have said something at the time of service but didn’t want to make a scene or hurt her feelings (she was very nice) - sadly I won’t be a returning customer."
