"I usually have Tina do my nails and this review is no reflection of her. However, I came in on my day off treating myself to a my usual refill and pedicure. When I walked in for my appointment Tina was not available and I got placed with the other woman who sits next to her. I don't know her name. Pedicure was fine and it wasn't until she did my manicure that things took a turn customer service wise. I showed her the photo of what I wanted prior . After she did the first couple coats of the base she asked to see it again. I was trying to find it on my phone and accidently smudged two of the nails. I told her sorry and she said it was ok. She proceeded to put another coat over the smudges and I placed it under the UV . When I took it out I looked and told her it was still off and slightly smudged. With an attitude she says to me "its because you touched it." I told her I didn't touch it referring to her last coat that she put on. She said "you did when you were looking through your phone and now I have to take it off completely and do it again" as if this was a major inconvenience to her life. and her tone became very condescending. I told her "well do what you have to do then to fix it". I just don't understand why she didn't fix it right the first time as I'm sure this wasn't a first in history. It was as if she was trying to shame me for accidently smudging my nails. I'm HUGE on customer service and this was not it, not on my day off and not on my "me" day; wasn't worth my time or money. My nails are always on point with a great design and now they just look basic. But I just wanted to leave so I didn't get more upset and make a scene. I'll make sure to specify Tina next time"

"I came here for a dip mani and gel pedi at the last minute, as I was in town for work. They were able to take me and were extremely welcoming the entire time. Tina made sure we were doing exactly what I wanted and not only did her and her daughter do a good job, they were efficient. I didn’t have to sit there for hours and hours like I have in some salons. Great experience, clean space and awesome people! I will be back whenever I am in town next!"
