She paid close attention to every detail and my nails are perfect. The shop is clean and bright. The prices are great too! I love it and I have found the perfect place. "I walked in for a pedicure and was told would be 5 minutes and to sit and wait, which I did. I then was told to sit in a pedicure chair, they fill up the water and I sat there for 20 minutes with not one word said to me or no one to come over. I am 35 weeks pregnant which they could noticeable see. I then asked when someone would be over because my feet have been in cold water for 20 mins and I’m pregnant. I was told a couple minutes and again no one came over to make sure I was okay to change the water nothing. The ignorance shown was truly disgusting. I would not have been this livid if they didn’t make me sit there in water to not ever come over. I had to dry off my feet w a towel that was meant for under my feet and get up and leave. I use to like it here and after this experience of straight disrespect and no care in the worldI will never step foot in here or give them a dollar"
"I really like this nail salon for one major reason…. There is never any wait time!!! There are so many employees working at any given time that every time I am there, it’s super busy and they are somehow able to fit everyone in at the same time. The techs are thorough and everything is well organized. After visiting a number of different salons in the city, this one is definitely a keeper."
"This nail salon is terrible and if I could give them 0 starts I truly would. So unprofessional, they literally are so rude. The workers there think that they can speak to you any type of way. Also, when they make a mistake on your nails and you correct them they talk about you in their language and make it so obvious. Over all, I would not recommend this place to anyone, you deserve to be treated with respect, especially if you are paying for that service. TOTALLY DISRESPECTFUL!!!!!"
