"My gel top coat started chipping off just after a week of getting my nails done. After 2 weeks I could see peeling occur at far end. Not happy with service. The color is rubbery and so soft. The toe nail color started chipping off also after 2 weeks. Just FYI- my regular OPI nail stays for 1 months or more."

"I came in to get a nail take off, i've been here many times to take my nails off. they always use acetone to soak them but this time they use cuticle cutter and was so aggressive trying to take off my nails. i asked why they aren't using acetone and they said it would take an whole hour for the acetone, which at places it's around 20 minutes. also instead of using the drill buffer she used a file to buff them down. they were also keeping pushing me to get a manicure when i did not want one. this will be my last time here. i'm very disappointed."
