They may be skilled at other things, but the customer service is poor and highly rude. The staff's friendliness, especially that of the manager, is the first thing I consider when searching for salons. I never wrote a bad review but I’ve also never in my life felt more disappointed."

"I asked for curtain bangs and she was completely rushing and didn’t make them even. She didn’t even condition my hair and didn’t even blow it dry all the way. I asked her to style them after she cut them but she didn’t do anything to them or put in any product. She never asked me how I like my hair parted and barley even brushed it because she was rushing so much. Do not recommend going there if your looking to get any types of bangs."
