"I visited this nail salon on Christmas Eve and unfortunately, I was quite disappointed with the results. The overall appearance of my nails left much to be desired. The older man who worked on my feet seemed inexperienced, and the same can be said for the person who did my nails. It felt as though an apprentice from a nail school had done the job, and there were even concerns about the salon's cleanliness. The level of service provided was below average and left much to be desired. Neither of them seemed well-versed in nail care. The man in particular struggled with cuticle removal, which was bothersome, nor did he massage or apply lotion during the pedi. Moreover, both of them shaped my nails in a rather unpleasing manner. Spotting a roach during my visit certainly didn't help either. Moreover, the older woman who worked on my nails was rude and neglected to apply lotion during the manicure. Needless to say, my experience was far from pleasant. Never again."

"I when for a filing it was a great opportunity to meet a small business owner, she saves my previous work on my nails. I hope to go again cuz my nails tech wasn't available and maybe wont be available soon, she just have her baby."

"Very disappointing, as I had been recommended to come here. I think my first and most important mistake was not specifically requesting Ryan. An older women did both my pedicure and my manicure. I originally was going to get a gel manicure with designs but, after she did my pedicure, I decided not to do gel or designs, as she did a very poor job. I should've just walked out right then. The paint is uneven on my fingers and toes. It does not go all the way in and it also separates. She rushed everything. Very sloppy. I had to ask her to even out my finger nails after filing, as they were jagged. There was no hot towel or massage or anything moisturizing for my manicure. My hands are very dry now. All of the nail colors look old and expired. I will never return, except maybe to see Ryan and only Ryan. I couldn't get out of there fast enough. (I am writing this a half hour after I walked out and these photos are what my nails look like...) Edit: My nails were damaged after coming here and I had an indented line that I just had to ride out until my entire nail grew out."
