"Went in on Tuesday with an appointment. Waited for over 45 minutes without seeing anyone working. At 5pm. The lady comes out and tells the 5 people in the waiting room including myself she is the only one there and is not staying past 5pm and that everyone can leave. Horrible customer service, people had been waiting in the lobby prior to 4pm and she never even came out to talk to anyone just let everyone wait there to be seen checked in with appointments."
"Terrible never again will I use Quest. Send me email to set up account to view results. Than they say that account isn't the correct user name which is my email that they uses to tell me results are in. Password is correct but it doesn't work either. But they got paid. Never again. Up date they emailed me back with the same user name and password and still locked out. Why should I and or my doctor trust the results of their lab if they are this incompetent?"
